New Products: Shimano Deore M6000 Groupset and Wide Range SLX

Shimano has a various products for mountain biking parts, and with their latest update for the 11 speed SLX groupset, now Shimano brings the latest entry level but affordable groupset the Shimano Deore M6000. Despite this groupset is not 11 speed, but Shimano claims that the new Shimano Deore M6000 is more affordable than previous version.
Shimano Deore is long known as the entry level group with great performance, and it is used in many different bikes. For the new Shimano Deore M6000, the updates are mostly seen on the crankset. The new Deore cranks is now similar with another higher level groups that have been released before: XTR, Deore XT, and SLX. 
Shimano keeps the center lock style for the new Shimano Deore M6000 hubset and rotors. And the new Deore brakeset, the updates are more similar with the XT, with the Servo Wave brake levers and Icetech compatible calipers. All the new Shimano Deore M6000 will be available on May, include the:

But not only that, along with the new Deore M6000, Shimano also released new Wide Range for SLX, and a one-by drivetrain. The wide cassette is now available as 11x 46 tooth. Is that enough? Not yet. To follow the market trends, Shimano also released a boost compatible wheelset, the Shimano Deore XT Wheelset, with both 27.5 and 29 inch.

New Bike: New British Steel Hardtail - Trillion Prime

With so many new carbon full suspension mountain bikes, hardtail is have its own place among the bikers. The sensation while riding the hardtail on the trail, make this kind of bike still have huge fans. And now, the hardtail fans will get more option when they want to take new hardtail home. A British company, a brand new company just released a new hardtail recently. Made of steel, this hardcore hardtail is called Trillion Prime, and it will be able to push all your riding skills on the trails.
Launched at London Bike Show 2017, Trillion Prime makes its debut. A steel hardtail, with 160 mm travel. The Prime is the company's first mountain bike, and they did it well. The company builds the bike from Reynolds 853 steel for the frame. With slack, long geometry, the Prime looks great. It also accept the tyres up to 3.00.

New Bike: Intense Tracer 2017

Intense Tracer, one of the best enduro mountain bike, even the commpany itself says that the Tracer is their most popular bike. And for the 2017, the Tracer has been fully redesigned. But this is different, despite the bike gets Tracer name, the company says that this is trully different bike than previous Tracer model. What's the difference?

That's the Factory model, and Intense builds the new Tracer in several different models. We can see above what's difference; longer, slacker, more aggressive, and better for the down way. First, the Intense Tracer 2017 frame is made from carbon material, the result from Jeff Steber, the founder, and Cesar Rojo from Cero Design Studio. We know that most previous Intense bikes are using VPP (Virtual Pivot Point) for the suspension system, but the 2017 Tracer is using different system, which is called Enduro Link System.

New Bike: Last Clay Trail Bike

It will always interesting to hear about a (new) brand releasing a new bike. LAST but not least, I mean, a German brand LAST - yap that's the name, finally releases a new trail bike, really good looking bike in my opinion. The Last Clay is 140 mm travel bike, but the brand says that the bike gives more than "to be expected" for a 140 mm bike.
Overall, the bike looks different than another full suspension bikes, mostly the popular bikes on the market. The bike also designed well, with popular 27.5 wheels. The frame construction is made of aluminum, high strength aluminum quality. It has also Enduro Bearings, the popular and strong bearing in the market. Strong, long last, and doesn't need massive maintenance.
