Pivot have been released the newest downhill machine, the Pivot Phoenix 2015, as the lightest bike today and for the follow up of the bike, they also release another new bikes for 2015 preparation. On these bikes, Pivot releases the popular bike, the Mach in several models, and one of them is using the newest Shimano Electric Shifting Di2.
Pivot Mach 4 and Mach 6 are the newest bikes from this brand, but even though they are only different in the number after the name, they are quite different in many aspect; geometry and parts used. Pivot Mach 4, is using Di2 Electric Shifting from Shimano, means it has XTR 11 speed. The battery for the electric energy is saved in the bottom bracket, but overall frame of the Mach 4 is a bit weird.
The Pivot Mach 6, maybe will attract many attention; comes with blue color of the frame it has carbon frame material, also equipped with Shimano XTR 11 speed with Di2 shifter. The frame accepted the suspension travel up to 155 mm, makes the Mach 6 perfect for all mountain or enduro riding. The 27.5 inch wheel size is another part that become massive today.
