Inspiration comes from everywhere. The phenomenon Tour de Franc has been the inspiration for the similar event but different country, Tour de East Java 2014. Indonesia also have another same event, known as Tour de Singkarak, and also Tour de Jogja.
And the Tour de East Java 2014 is the event which will be held 6-7 September 2014 and this year event will be different with before because it only takes two days and only two etape. But, 16 teams from 21 countries have been listed to be participants for the event.
The Tour de East Java is sponsored by Polygon Bikes, the international brand that first come from Mojokerto, East Java, Indonesia. Polygon Sweet Nice is one of the participants on this event, that will be completed by local riders. The Tour de East Java 2014 will have another competition, i.e. photo hunting tour with interesting prize; Polygon Heist 1.0.
