The Meta Range from Commencal is their most popular machine, and always releases together like previous year when they also releases this series together - check here. For the 2015, Commencal finally improved some new technology to be installed on the Meta Series; and this technology is called Contact System. As another new bikes from the competitors, the Meta Range 2015 has 27,5 inch wheels on them.
This suspension technology on the Meta Range 2015 is the improvement of previous suspension system, mostly on Commencal V3 which got complaints for the sole and the design that said "not too competitive" to another carbon machines. On the Meta Range 2015, Commencal releases two bikes for AM scene and Trail scene; Commencal Meta V4 AM and Commencal V4 Trail.
Both bikes got Contact System technology installed on it; Contact System is new technology that be developed by Commencal and this is resulting the more simple link between seatstay and driven rocker. This new technology also able to give smooth damper to the pivot, and also provides small bump. How's the bikes look like? Check these photo below..
Commencal Meta V4 AM 2015
Meta V4 AM Highlights:
This bike is using combination of Rockshox Pike RCT3 Solo Air and Rockshox Monarch RT3, supported by SRAM 1x11 drivetrain and another high-end parts, like Raceface crank and Avid brake system. Meta V4 AM will be released on the market at price 3922 euro.
Commencal Meta V4 Trail
Meta V4 Trail Highlights:
Built for the trail/XC riding, the V4 Trail has one stepper geometry than V4 AM. The Meta V4 Trail has three levels but it only different on part, mostly the fork and drivetrain system. The price is on the range between 1999 euro to 3199 euro.
