Giant Trance and all its variants are one of best-selling from Giant for the trail bike segment. This bike becomes very popular after many people, pro and beginners use this bike. After its massive success, Giant launches the 2014 edition of all new Giant Trance X 29er, and this bike can be found in the market in a while. This new Trance is the result in corporation with the champion rider Adam Craig. The development of this bike mostly can be seen in the big wheels, 29 inch which becomes more popular, and also the 5 inch rear travel and internal cable routing.
One interesting in all new Giant Trance X 29er is something called "Single-Spar"; this is an innovation from Giant in the swing arm design with 5 inch suspension system. This innovation offers the rider to run faster with big wheels but with better handling. This bike has oversized Bottom Bracket and asymmetry chain stay to get additional stiffness and stability in fast riding. Giant produces this new Trance X in several types, and all of them have been adopted the Giant's Overdrive 2 Headset.

The all new Giant Trance X 29er still use aluminum for the frame, but Giant claims that this material is premium ALUXX SL, and it combined with the Maestro Suspension which gives more benefits in the 29ers bike. Maestro Suspension technology is claimed can give more pedaling efficiency, with the proportional range between the suspension and the pedal, that's little information about Maestro Suspension. But about the time when this bike will be released there still no accurate information, so just keep the eye to watch the progress about this bike.
The rumor said it will be available on August, and the model will be different with the photo above, but that's not big problem, though.
